Is cappuccino a warm or cool brown?

Warm — closer to coffee with milk than a cool taupe. It works well against cream and natural tones. Screens vary, so ask us for footage of the actual fabric if the shade matters to you.

Can I have it in a different size?

Yes — we build the frames ourselves, so non-standard widths and lengths are possible for alcoves and loft rooms. See bespoke ottoman beds.

How long does it take?

Made to order, so allow 5–10 business days to build and dispatch, then 2–4 working days for delivery.

Vacuum upholstery regularly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — avoid rubbing.

For stubborn marks, use a fabric-appropriate cleaner and test on a hidden area first. Avoid overloading the storage compartment beyond the rated weight limit.
