We deliver to mainland UK addresses on our own vans. Because we build most of our beds to order in our own UK workshop, you choose how quickly you need it — and the price you pay depends on your order total.

Assembly — £50
We can build the bed for you in the room of your choice on the day it arrives, and take the packaging away. Add the Assembly Service to your basket alongside your bed. Full detail on the assembly service page.
Made to order
We do not hold finished stock. Your frame is cut, upholstered and quality-checked for your order in the size and fabric you chose, then packed and loaded. Express delivery moves your order forward in the workshop queue.
- Made-to-order beds — most of our ottoman and divan frames.
- Custom and bespoke beds — non-standard sizes, headboards or fabrics. Usually ready in around a week; we confirm the exact timeline when we quote. See bespoke ottoman beds.
- In-stock items — mattresses and accessories held in stock dispatch faster than made-to-order frames.
If your order contains both a made-to-order bed and an in-stock item, we'll normally send them together unless you ask us to split the delivery.
Delivery time limit
We deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of your order, unless we agree a longer period with you.

You'll get tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves us, so you can see exactly where it is. See track your order.

Delivery outside mainland UK
Some locations — including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands — can take longer to reach. If a surcharge applies to your postcode we will contact you before dispatch, and you are free to cancel for a full refund at that point. Email zeeshan@ottomanbedsuk.co.uk to check your postcode before ordering if you're unsure.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only, because we deliver on our own vans rather than handing beds to a parcel network.
Before your bed arrives
Beds arrive flat-packed in more than one carton, and the boxes are long and heavy. Please measure your doorways, stairwell and any tight turns against the external frame dimensions listed on each product page — not the mattress size — and make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. Our frames need two people to move safely. We cannot accept responsibility where an item cannot be brought into a property because of access.
Something wrong with your order?
Please check the cartons on arrival. If anything is visibly damaged, note it with the driver and tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right at no cost to you. How long will my bed take to arrive?
Standard delivery is dispatched in 5–10 working days, express in 2–4. In-stock items dispatch sooner.
How much is delivery?
Standard is free on orders of £400 or more and £18 below that. Express is £8 on orders of £400 or more and £26 below that. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver to the room of my choice?
Doorstep delivery is standard. If you need the bed taken to a specific room and built, add the Assembly Service (£50) to your order.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I get it faster?
Choose Express at checkout for dispatch in 2–4 working days. If you need a specific date, ask us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
