DELIVERY OPTIONS AND COST

Standard delivery — dispatched in 5–10 working days
  Orders of £400 or more: free
  Orders under £400: £18

Express delivery — dispatched in 2–4 working days
  Orders of £400 or more: £8
  Orders under £400: £26

ASSEMBLY

Assembly is available as an optional extra for £40 per bed. Our team unpacks the bed, assembles the frame and headboard in the room of your choice, and takes the packaging away. Add the Assembly Service to your basket alongside your bed. Assembly is carried out at the time of delivery, so there is no second appointment. Available on mainland UK deliveries.

MADE TO ORDER

We do not hold finished stock. Your frame is built in our own UK workshop after you order, in the size and fabric you select. Express delivery moves your order forward in the build queue. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME

We deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of your order, unless we agree a longer period with you.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY

Beds are heavy and arrive flat-packed in more than one carton. Standard delivery is to your door — our couriers do not carry items upstairs, unpack, or remove packaging. If you would like the bed carried in, built and the packaging taken away, add the Assembly Service to your order. Two people are recommended for handling and self-assembly.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Please measure doorways, stairwells and landings against the external frame dimensions listed on each product page — not the mattress size. We cannot accept responsibility where an item cannot be brought into a property because of access.

ON ARRIVAL

Please check the cartons before signing. If anything is visibly damaged, note it with the driver and contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right.

REMOTE AREAS

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote postcodes may take longer. If a surcharge applies to your postcode we will contact you before dispatch — you are free to cancel for a full refund at that point.

MISSED DELIVERIES

If you are not available, our courier will leave a card and rearrange a convenient time.
