Shipping & Delivery — OttomanBeds UK

We offer free, fast delivery across mainland UK ( Some locations are not included in Free shipping )  on every order.

Dispatch & timing: Most beds, mattresses and headboards are dispatched within 5–10 business days. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Assembly: Optional in-room assembly is available to add at checkout.

Remote areas: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote postcodes may take additional time and, in some cases, incur a surcharge — we'll always contact you first.

Missed deliveries: If you're not available, our courier will leave a card and rearrange a convenient time.
