Bed Assembly Service
We build your bed for you, in the room you want it, on the day it arrives. A flat £50 per bed, added to your order at checkout.
What the assembly service includes
- We carry the cartons into the room of your choice
- We assemble the frame, the gas-lift ottoman base and the headboard
- We check the lift mechanism opens and closes correctly before we leave
- We take all the packaging away with us
Assembly happens at the time of delivery, so there is no second appointment and no waiting in a second time.
What it costs
£50 per bed. There is no separate call-out charge and no charge for packaging removal. Add the Assembly Service to your basket alongside the bed you are ordering.
Do I need it?
Our beds arrive flat-packed in more than one carton and are heavy. Self-assembly is straightforward but takes two people and around an hour. Book assembly if you would rather not lift the cartons, you are on your own, or you want the packaging gone the same day.
Without assembly, standard delivery is to your door only. Our couriers do not carry items upstairs, unpack, or remove packaging.
Where it is available
Mainland UK deliveries. If you are in the Scottish Highlands, on an island, or in another remote postcode, message us before you order and we will confirm.
Delivery and assembly together
Standard delivery is dispatched in 5–10 working days and is free on orders of £400 or more, or £18 below that. Express delivery is dispatched in 2–4 working days. Full detail is on our delivery page.
