These terms apply to every order placed with OttomanBeds UK. By accessing or purchasing from our store you agree to them.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Made to order

We do not hold finished stock. Every frame is manufactured in our own UK workshop after your order is placed, in the size and fabric you select. Standard production and dispatch take 5–10 working days; express is 2–4 working days. We will tell you if your order will take longer.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel. We can usually change an order before production begins. Once your frame has entered production we may not be able to alter it — this does not affect your statutory cancellation rights, set out below.

Pricing and VAT

Prices are shown in GBP and are the total amount payable. DWELL OTTOMAN LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order and we are unable to issue VAT invoices. We may amend prices and product details at any time; the price charged is the price shown at checkout.

Payment and title

Payment is taken at checkout. Title to goods passes to you on receipt of full payment.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours, fabrics and stitching may vary slightly from the images shown. Because each frame is upholstered individually, slight variation between batches is normal and is not a fault.

Guarantee

Frames are covered by our 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including your right to cancel a distance purchase. You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Our beds are built to order in standard sizes and standard fabric options, so that right applies to them in the normal way. Genuinely bespoke orders — where you ask us to build to your own measurements, or supply your own fabric — are made to your specification and are treated differently; we will tell you clearly before you order if that applies.
