Returns & Refunds — OttomanBeds UK

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Our beds are built to order in standard sizes and standard fabric options. That does not remove your right to cancel — it applies to these orders in the normal way.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email zeeshan@ottomanbedsuk.co.uk, or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7594 705450, with your order number to tell us you are cancelling.
2. Keep the item unused and in its original packaging.
3. We arrange collection at no cost to you.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

WHAT IS EXCLUDED

Only genuinely bespoke orders are excluded — where you asked us to build to your own measurements, or supplied your own fabric. We tell you clearly before you order if that applies to your item. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or repair. Frames are covered by our 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
