What is the difference between an ottoman bed and a divan bed?

An ottoman base lifts on gas struts to reveal a storage well running the full footprint of the bed. A divan base is fixed, with storage — if any — in drawers at the side or end. Ottoman gives more total capacity for the same floor space. See our full comparison.

Which bed size should I choose?

Single (3ft) suits box rooms and children's rooms, small double (4ft) suits compact main bedrooms, double (4ft6) is the most common UK size, and king (5ft) or super king (6ft) suit larger main bedrooms. Measure your room and allow clearance for the base to lift fully.

Do you deliver and assemble?

Doorstep delivery to mainland UK is standard, with optional assembly available at checkout. Beds arrive flat-packed in sections and need two people to move safely. See our delivery page.

Can I order a bed in a non-standard size?

Yes — we manufacture the frames ourselves, so non-standard widths and lengths are possible for alcoves, loft rooms and sloped ceilings. Custom orders are quoted individually.
